Hi, I’m Jasana and I’m the founder of The Intuition Kitchen. I’m so glad you’re here! You landed on my corner of the internet for a reason. Most likely, you were guided here with the intention of learning to become an intuitive home cook. Or maybe you have no idea what intuitive cooking is, but something about it sounds right, and you want to learn more.
Well friend, I’ve got your back!
Here’s a little about me and how intuitive cooking became my passion. I’m a Culinary Institute of America trained chef and classically trained French pastry chef, turned professional caterer, turned intuitive home chef. I was born and raised in Laguna Beach, CA where I now live with my (new!) husband. I’m the CEO of our kitchen, and health and wellness is important to me and plays a big role in everything I do. In addition to cooking healthy meals for my family, I enjoy staying physically and mentally active. Oh, and I should probably mention I’m also a luxury real estate specialist here in Laguna Beach!
So yes...I’m pretty busy! I know what it’s like to get home at the end of a packed work day and feel overwhelmed by the thought of having to cook a meal. After too many times feeling burnt out by the thought of getting into the kitchen, I decided something needed to change. Cooking for myself and the people I love should feel fun, joyful and abundant.
And that’s why I developed my method for intuitive home cooking. In my 10+ years as a professional chef, I’ve worked in all kinds of kitchens, from farm-to-table and fine dining, to hotels, and even running my own catering company. During that time I developed a method for intuitive cooking that can teach anyone to find joy and abundance in the kitchen.
Here’s the secret no one is talking about: You don’t need recipes to cook! All you need are some tips and basic, simple skills to feel empowered in the kitchen so that you can truly enjoy cooking. Not only that, you cook the food you want and that your body craves.
Here at The Intuition Kitchen, I offer simple solutions to take the guesswork out of everyday cooking. Whether you’re a busy mom, a young professional burning the candle at both ends, or just someone who wants to have fun cooking, I can teach you to become an intuitive home cook.
